Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Collection and Analysis

    • Collect data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.

    • Input and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of market and project-related information.

    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights and develop clear, concise reports for client presentations.

  2. Client and Project Coordination

    • Manage customer relations and coordinate contacts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

    • Support contract management processes, including the organization and filing of documents.

    • Assist in the planning and execution of events and client meetings as needed.

  3. Administrative Support

    • Organize and maintain physical and digital files.

    • Support daily operational activities, including schedule management and meeting coordination.

    • Track project budgets, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with established protocols.

  4. Research and Innovation

    • Conduct research on new technologies and methodologies that can improve productivity and efficiency.

    • Stay updated on trends in real estate, business operations, and project management to provide valuable insights to the team.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven team player with a strong interest in real estate and project management.

  • Highly self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver on objectives within deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle flexible work hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • A valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation is advantageous.

Knowledge

  • Familiarity with database applications and information systems would be an asset

  • Strong mathematical and statistical understanding for data analysis.

  • Basic knowledge of business operations, project management, and strategic planning principles.

Experience

  • Exposure to various business environments and roles that support executive functions.

  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in consulting, project management, or research-oriented positions.

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting executive-level responsibilities and handling confidential information.

  • Experience in data collection and/or data management.​
